Who we are

This website, and the coaching programs, bookings and facility hire offered on it, are provided by Elite Cricket Academy and Sports Gear Private Limited, 477 Somasundaram Street, Babu Nagar, Medavakkam, Chennai 600100, Tamil Nadu (CIN U92419TN2022PTC154920 · GSTIN 33AAHCE2131Q1ZL).

Bookings and programs

Programs, packs and facility bookings are bought and managed in the Elite booking app at book.elitecricketacademy.com.au. A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation. Session times, coaches and groups may change for operational reasons; we will tell you as early as we can and offer an alternative or a credit.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payment is taken through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We never see or store your card details. Monthly programs are billed in advance each month until you cancel.

Packs and passes

Session packs and passes are valid for the period shown when you buy them, are for the account holder's use, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash except as set out in our refunds and cancellations policy.

Safety and conduct

• Players must wear appropriate protective equipment when batting or keeping against hard-ball or machine bowling.
• Follow coaches' and staff instructions at all times. We may stop a session, or refuse entry, where behaviour puts anyone at risk.
• A parent or guardian must stay for the whole of any fitness workshop a child attends.
• Players take part at their own risk, to the extent permitted by law. Tell us about any medical condition that may affect safe participation.

Photos and video

Coached sessions may be filmed for video analysis. We use photos or video of players for promotion only with consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Equipment purchases

Cricket equipment is sold by Elite Sports Store at elitesport.co.in under that store's own terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a program or booking is limited to providing the service again or refunding the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

If you have a complaint, contact our grievance officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
