Elite Cricket Academy and Sports Gear Private Limited (“we”) collects and uses personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect, and why

• Contact details (name, email, mobile) — to reply to enquiries, manage your account and bookings, and send receipts and session reminders.
• Player details (name, date of birth, medical notes you choose to give) — to place players in the right group and keep them safe. For children, a parent or guardian provides and controls this data.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Razorpay; we receive only a payment reference and the method used.
• Job applications — your CV and answers, used only for recruitment and deleted when no longer needed.
• Photos and video — taken in coached sessions for analysis; used for promotion only with consent.
• Website analytics — usage measurement and advertising conversion tracking through Google tags.

Who we share it with

Only those who help us provide the service: our booking platform, Razorpay for payments, and our email and messaging providers. We do not sell your data. Financial records are kept for as long as Indian law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the grievance officer below. Marketing messages always include a way to opt out.

If you have a complaint, contact our grievance officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
