Refunds & cancellations

Effective 15 October 2026

Cancel or reschedule any booking yourself in the Elite app. The app shows you exactly what you'll get back before you confirm.

Lane, mat wicket, bowling machine and box-cricket bookings

• 12 hours' notice or more: full refund, or your pack credit returned.
• 4 to 12 hours' notice: 50% refund.
• Less than 4 hours, or no-show: no refund.

One-to-one coaching sessions

• 24 hours' notice or more: the session credit goes back to your pack.
• Less than 24 hours: the session is used, because your coach has kept that time for you. Rescheduling is still free up to 4 hours before.

Rescheduling

Move a booking free of charge up to 4 hours before it starts, up to twice per booking, to any time within 60 days.

Monthly programs

• Monthly programs are billed in advance. Cancel before your next billing date to stop the next payment; the month already paid is not refunded.
• You can pause a membership for one or two months in any twelve.
• Missed group sessions aren't refunded, but juniors can book a make-up in another group, subject to space.

Packs and passes

Packs and passes are valid for the period shown when you buy them. They are not refundable once a session has been used. If something stops you using a pack — injury or illness, for example — contact us and we can extend it once.

When we cancel

If we cancel a session or booking — for weather on the outdoor turf, a facility fault or any other reason — you choose a full refund, a credit, or a new time.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay — UPI and netbanking usually within 5–7 working days, cards within 5–10 working days of approval.

Equipment

Cricket equipment bought from Elite Sports Store follows that store's returns, refunds and warranty policy.

If you have a complaint, contact our grievance officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
