How do I join a program?
Open the program page and tap "Join in the app". Create your Elite account, add the player, and pay. Monthly programs bill automatically each month, and you can pause or cancel from the app.
How do I pay?
Securely in rupees through Razorpay — UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets. Prices include GST.
Which group is right for my child?
Tell us their age and experience through the enquiry form, or WhatsApp us on +91 93846 63776. We place every junior in the group that suits their age, level and preferred days, and we can arrange a trial.
What if we miss a session?
Junior group members can book a make-up session in another group from the app, subject to space.
Can I hire a lane without being in a program?
Yes. Anyone can book a lane, the mat wicket, the bowling machine or the box-cricket turf by the hour in the Elite app. Regulars save with the 10-session lane pack or the 25-hour Elite Pass.
How does the bowling machine work?
Choose a pass by length — from the 30-minute T-10 Pass to the 3-hour Classic Pass. We set the machine up in a lane for your booking.
What facilities do you have?
Five netted astro-turf lanes, a mat wicket, a bowling machine, a floodlit box-cricket turf and a fielding area, with video analysis for coached sessions.
Do I need my own equipment?
Beginners can use academy equipment. When you're ready for your own, Elite Sports Store has bats, pads, gloves, helmets and complete kits — shipped across India or collected at the academy: elitesport.co.in.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes, in the Elite app, within the times in our refunds and cancellations policy.
